Hi, I’m Ruby! I am very special and I am looking for a very special family. I didn’t have the best experiences when I was a developing young puppy, so it takes me a little while to get comfortable with new people to learn that I am safe. While I am shy, I am never aggressive! I just need a home that will give me space to come around on my own time and not push me to do things too soon that scare me. I do like humans but I will probably always prefer the company of other dogs. It will be an incredibly rewarding experience for my new family when I open up and bond with them because it will feel like they really earned my love and trust! I LOVE other dogs, am kitty cat friendly, and love to play and go on walks- it’s my favorite thing to do! I am also very well crate trained and house trained. I go in the crate all by myself! I need to be adopted into a home with another dog so that I feel safe and have a friend to show me the ropes. If you already have a dog that is looking for a best friend, I am your girl!
